    By running stomach do you mean diarrhea? If so you can take a fiber supplement to help bulk up your stool. Fiber is safe for you and your baby. If you mean vomiting, Id recommend eating small meals more often. They also have morning sickness little candies you can suck on to help relieve the symptoms.
