What are some safe and effective home remedies to relieve constipation during pregnancy?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Constipation is a common issue during pregnancy, but there are several safe and effective home remedies that can provide relief. First, make sure you're drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated. Increasing your fiber intake through fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes can also help regulate bowel movements. Regular exercise, such as walking or prenatal yoga, can stimulate digestion and alleviate constipation. Additionally, try incorporating natural laxatives like prunes or prune juice into your diet. If these remedies don't provide relief, consult your healthcare provider for further guidance.

I've been eating a lot of bananas, and beans. That's helped me a lot. But I also have been taking dulcolax. It's helped a great deal

If you get completely backed up and donot have a bowel movement for 3 days go to the store and get a saline enema. It has to be administered rectally but it will help immensely.

Hello, I am having my third baby and constipation for the last two were really bad. You might want to get a stool softener cause while pregnant we can't take a laxative. I bought some rasin bran cereal hoping that might help.
