As a first-time pregnant woman, I am experiencing minimal symptoms, with the exception of occasional backache. Is this normal?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon for women to experience minimal or no pregnancy symptoms during the early stages of pregnancy. Every woman's body reacts differently to hormonal changes. While some may experience a range of symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness, others may only have mild discomfort like occasional backaches. If you are concerned about the absence of other symptoms, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider who can provide personalized guidance based on your specific situation. Remember that every pregnancy is unique, and what matters most is that you feel comfortable and supported throughout this journey.

The uterous is expanding amd the pain gets pretty rough with the first. From what I remember it wasnt till I was 3 months in amd thats when it started to feel the worst.

When I felt these pains i would put my had on my back and lay on my side for a little while till itd go away but back stretches definitely help this pregnancy. Yoga can do wonders while beimg pregnant
