in Baby Health During Pregnancy by anonymous
Hi, I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and I've been experiencing pain whenever my baby moves. Is this a normal occurrence during pregnancy? Should I be concerned?

It is not uncommon to experience some discomfort or even pain when your baby moves during pregnancy, especially as you reach the later stages. As your baby grows, their movements become more pronounced and can put pressure on various parts of your body, including your organs and ligaments. This can result in sensations of pain or discomfort. However, if the pain is severe or persistent, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider to rule out any potential complications. They will be able to assess your specific situation and provide appropriate guidance and support. In most cases, though, mild to moderate discomfort when the baby moves is considered normal and should subside as your pregnancy progresses.

Depending on how big your child is there maybe a small amount of pain, very small, though, if you're feeling consistent or excessive amounts of pain, your child may be in the wrong position and I would look go to the doctor. Our bodies are wired to work with us through pregnancy, so anything excessive is out of the ordinary.
