I am currently 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant, and I have been experiencing poor sleep quality and morning cramps. What can I do to improve my sleep and are these cramps normal during pregnancy? This is my first pregnancy, so I'm feeling a bit concerned.

    Hi ! I should be 6weeks 4days ,  and this too is my first pregnancy I'm tracking (Ive had 1 chemical miscarriage)  . anyway,  i sleep horribly also  so ig im just creeping any answers u may have gotten. I dont cramp to bad just mildly and occasionally like no set for morning \night. Just randomly. But for advice I've found to work is drinking lots!! Of water instead of tea (tea or milk is all I ever drink,  or pepsi) and ive also been stretching before bed,  eapecially my legs and back. I've found that I have like restless leg syndrome or something and will literally get up in the morning stretching out to back bends nearly and I still felt bad. Iv also had to make myself a schedule for sleep so I'm actually "tired" (although so far,  im ALWAYS EXHAUSTED)at bedtime and not WIDE AWAKE. My sleeping has gotten better by a smudge
