Could the sudden disappearance of pregnancy symptoms at 5 weeks indicate an impending miscarriage?

I had been experiencing pregnancy symptoms, but today I suddenly feel "normal" again. Does this change in symptoms suggest a potential miscarriage?

If you're really concerned go see your doctor, but I know early on I had really bad morning sickness and normal pregnancy symptoms, but then sometimes for a whole week I would feel 100% and not feel pregnant at all I think it's just different for everyone!
