How can I alleviate anxiety during my second pregnancy after experiencing a miscarriage?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Experiencing a miscarriage can lead to increased anxiety during subsequent pregnancies. To alleviate this anxiety, it's important to prioritize self-care, seek support from loved ones and professionals, educate yourself about the process, and practice relaxation techniques. Engaging in regular exercise, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and attending prenatal appointments can also help ease worries. Remember that each pregnancy is unique and try to focus on the positive aspects of your journey while acknowledging any fears or concerns you may have.

We are experiencing the same thing, what I do is whenever I'm worried I place my hands on my stomach and pray, I also talk to her a lot telling her all the nice places I would like us to visit together, I sing to her and play music, I go to the hospital regularly especially when I feel any new symptom and I talk to my spouse about how I feel, he counsels me, makes me laugh and just has a way of getting me out of that mood. It really helps when you share your feelings with someone. Hope this helps.

Miscarried before doesnt necessary mean it will happened again.

Lots of women miscarried then had successful pregnancy. (Myself)

You just need to concentrate on good side. Do things that you enjoy.  Talk to partner.

Anytime i think of negative. I go on amazon or any baby shop website and search my wishlist of items for my baby. It makes it more real for me.
