How to Determine the Remaining Time for Delivery Based on Common Symptoms?

I am experiencing back pain, water breaking, swelling in my hands and legs, and heartburn. These are common delivery symptoms. Can you estimate how much time is remaining until my delivery?

Everyone is different..it could be 2 hrs from now to 6hrs later...who knows.
