Pains in my pubic area which affect my walking

Am 27 weeks pregnant, four days now I feel pains in my pubic or pelvic bone due to that i can't walk when the pains start. What should I do

I felt this too, specifically after sitting for too long.  Usually after standing still for a few moments after I stood up, the pain would subside enough to be able to walk.
