I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and for the past week, I have not been experiencing any vomiting. Is this a normal occurrence during pregnancy?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is completely normal for the symptoms of morning sickness, including vomiting, to fluctuate or even disappear altogether during pregnancy. Every woman's experience with morning sickness is different, and while some may continue to experience it throughout their pregnancy, others may find that their symptoms lessen or disappear after the first trimester. If you are not experiencing any other concerning symptoms such as severe abdominal pain or bleeding, there is no need to worry. However, if you have any concerns or questions about your pregnancy, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and reassurance.
