On my 10 week,had sex but a little bit painful y

At 10week pregnant,had sex but I felt pains pls wat causes that?,is sex not OK at this time or is just part of pregnancy changes?,will it causes any serious damage or damage stall???,should I have to worry pls help am worried,thanks

They say sex is not good in first trimester but I didnt ever have a problem with any of my 4 pregnancies however I would ask your doctor. You should be fine no injury to baby your body just has so much change happening with all the hormones and increased blood flow things are swelling but to be safe consult your doctor when you see them next or earlier if needed.
