What could be causing my irregular periods every 3 weeks since October, when I used to have a regular 28-day cycle?

I have been experiencing irregular periods every 3 weeks since October, whereas before that my cycle was consistently every 28 days. What could possibly be wrong?

This was me when not pregnant. 

It's just a period that's all over the place.
