During my GYN visit at 10 weeks, I saw blood on my panty liner and the doctor couldn't hear a heartbeat. However, she said my cervix is closed. Should I be worried about the health of my baby?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It can be concerning to see blood on your panty liner and not hear a heartbeat during a GYN visit at 10 weeks. However, the fact that your doctor mentioned that your cervix is closed is a positive sign. It's important to remember that every pregnancy is different, and there can be various reasons for not hearing a heartbeat at this stage. Sometimes, the position of the baby or the equipment used can affect the ability to detect a heartbeat accurately. Your doctor may recommend further tests such as an ultrasound to get more information about your baby's health. It's best to discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider who can provide you with personalized advice based on your specific situation.

I am very sorry to read this. From my experience it is not a good sign, I went through 4 spontaneous abortions. Rest, wait, try to drink water and follow the instructions of your Obstetrician-Gynecologist.

If there was no heartbeat then I'm afraid it sounds like ur baby died. The same happened to me in July last year. I hope everything is OK bit it really don't sound good hun
