Can someone please explain the significance of experiencing low back pain, buttock discomfort, and sharp pinching sensation during the 35th week of pregnancy? I will be entering my 36th week tomorrow.
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Experiencing low back pain, buttock discomfort, and a sharp pinching sensation during the 35th week of pregnancy is common. It can be attributed to various factors such as hormonal changes, weight gain, pressure on nerves due to the growing baby, or even pelvic misalignment. To alleviate these symptoms, try practicing good posture, engaging in gentle exercises like prenatal yoga or swimming, using heat or cold packs on affected areas for relief. Additionally, consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance specific to your situation.

Sciatica is "acting up". Check some videos on YouTube like " 5 easy exercises to relieve back pain during pregnancy" etc... Stretching works great ! I'm 32 weeks and stretching at least once a week to avoid pain .
