Can a breakout on my face indicate the gender of my baby?

I have a breakout on my face. Can this be an indicator of whether I am having a girl or a boy?

Hi hun, I am 23 weeks with my 5th pregnancy had a gender reveal couple weeks ago ! I knew exactly what I am having as I only had 1 girl and 3 boys and during my daughter my skin was horrible alot of acne etc with boys I glowed loved my skin... same happened this time I am proud to say I'm having a girl and my skin is horrible.  I heard dont quote me on it but a girl takes away a mothers beauty... ♀️

Hi I'm 33 weeks pregnant. I'm having a daughter. I have never fell in love with my skin so much. It's so smooth very clear and glowing.
I think it all depends on individuals with different Gene's showing symptoms differently.
