I'm currently in my 8th week of pregnancy and I'm experiencing cramps and bleeding. During an ultrasound, it was discovered that the fetus is damaged, indicating a possible miscarriage. This news has left me feeling low, upset, and mentally disturbed. What should I do?

Sending hugs and love your way...i've been where you are now, twice.. and all i can say is that this too shall pass and maybe one day you will see it was not meant to be right now. The book "spirit babies" helped me a lot to get through some of the feelings..but please know that it is not your fault, these things happen. Please allow yourself time to mourn and maybe do a little ritual with a candle for the little soul and for you to say goodbye...you are light and love and will be an amazing mother when the time will be right!

Dear you, I went through the same pain last year. It was my first pregnancy and was so hard to believe that I lost it but believe me time shall heal all the pain. Take time to heal physically and then you can try again. Talk to your husband all the time about how you feel. And do not feel guilty or something that it's your fault because it absolutely is not. Write what you feel in diary. Talk to your support group about this. I am sure you will again be blessed with a baby soon and when that time will come we will celebrate again.

I don't know if it is god or something else but you know one thing this time I conceived in the same month as last year. It feels like god have given me back my baby. I am happily 12 weeks pregnant now.

So believe in God. He have plan for everyone. Stay happy. God bless you
