I'm currently 50 days pregnant but have been unable to find my baby's heartbeat. What steps should I take next? Is this cause for concern?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

If you are 50 days pregnant and have not been able to find your baby's heartbeat, it is important to remain calm but also take action. While it can be normal not to hear the heartbeat at this stage, it is still recommended to consult with your healthcare provider. They may suggest scheduling an ultrasound or other tests to ensure everything is progressing as expected. It's important not to panic, as every pregnancy is different and there are various factors that can affect when the heartbeat becomes detectable. Remember to communicate openly with your healthcare provider and follow their guidance throughout your pregnancy journey.

Sometimes heartbeat can't be detected by transabdominal ultrasound as long as 7week. So try again at 7week. If still you can't hear, maybe your doctor will want to do transvaginal ultrasound.
