I don't know if it's normal, but I had that too. I'm 19 weeks now and everything seems fine so far. I had a miscarrage at 9 weeks in 2019, so I definitely understand your concern. Everything still scares me, but with each week that passes I feel a little better. Hang in there. Try to eat well, exercise, reduce stress and sleep.
