I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and no matter what I try, like using a blanket, drinking warm water, or sitting near the heater, I still feel cold all the time. Is there anything else I can do to alleviate this discomfort?

Hot cup of tea or hot chocolate. Nice hot bubble bath followed by fluffy pyjamas into a heated bed. Is what I do

I feel the same too and I'm at 10 weeks. I'm always feeling cold. My midwife told me a trick so hopefully it works for you. You always have to keep your feet and head warm if you want to keep the whole body warm. When having a shower, start the warm water at your feet first the slowly move up towards your body. You can also soak your feet in warm water, it helps.
