Is it normal to experience warm palms and feet during pregnancy at 11 weeks? I've been feeling this way for the past week. Can you provide some advice or guidance on this matter?

It is not uncommon for pregnant women to experience changes in body temperature, including warm palms and feet. This can be attributed to hormonal fluctuations, increased blood flow, and changes in metabolism. However, if you are concerned about these symptoms or experiencing any other discomfort, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for a proper evaluation. They will be able to assess your individual situation and provide appropriate guidance or treatment if necessary. In the meantime, you can try some self-care measures such as wearing loose-fitting clothing, keeping hydrated, avoiding prolonged standing or sitting in one position, and elevating your legs when possible to help alleviate any discomfort.

It's probably because of increased blood flow, and very normal. I've been feeling warmer too for a while now, from around week 11-12 (I'm now 17 weeks).
