Is it safe to use Ducolax tablets for constipation during pregnancy? Are there any potential risks or side effects that I should be aware of?

No dont use any tablets.. At this time it is too dangerous even if it goes like dysentery.. so dont use any tablets, constipation is common at this stage so just drink lots of water, tat is the only remedy.. have more liquid foods..
