Sometimes I experience severe cramps that make me rush to the toilet, but the pain disappears after some time. Is this safe for the baby?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Experiencing severe stomach pain that disappears after passing gas is generally not a cause for concern during pregnancy. Gas and bloating are common discomforts experienced by pregnant women due to hormonal changes and pressure on the digestive system. The release of gas can provide temporary relief from the pain caused by trapped gas or indigestion. However, if you are experiencing persistent or worsening stomach pain, it is important to consult your healthcare provider as it could be a sign of a more serious condition such as appendicitis or preterm labor. It is always better to err on the side of caution and seek medical advice whenever you have concerns about your health or the well-being of your baby during pregnancy.

I did not wanted to say this but I experienced the same thing that you have asked. I thought it was gas or my stomach is upset but after some days I started bleeding and immediately visited my doctor

. Upon checking they said I had already had a miscarriage during 8th week and so it was my period pain. I was having this gas pain problem in my 12 the week. If you have the same problem please visit the doctor and have your baby checked once.
