I assume you mean walking. Yes. Your cervix is softening and the bones are becoming more flexible to prepare for the birth. When you stand the babies weight can be painful. Many women say they feel like their baby is going to fall through. Don't worry it won't. Check with your doctor on how to manage your pain if it's unbearable.

You can do some exercises like kegel and squats to keep your muscles strong. This will also help to prepare for labour. Check with your doctor before doing squats as many women are told to go on bed rest as they approach the 3rd trimester.
