Hi moms, I just read that excessive sleep can lead to late stillbirth. I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and feeling extremely fatigued. Should I be worried about sleeping too much? Please advise.

    Please sleep. Every body is different. There is no fix number as such. Especially jn first trimester you will feel exhausted. Please sleep atleast 8 hours at night and take couple of naps in day time as well, whenever you can and feel like. It will not impact your baby in any negative way. Your main aim should be to relax and give your body the sleep it needs to build up your baby.
