I felt constipation until the fifth week of my pregnancy, but now I'm not experiencing it anymore. Should I be concerned about the safety of my baby?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is common for pregnant women to experience constipation due to hormonal changes and the pressure exerted on the intestines by the growing uterus. However, if you are no longer feeling constipated, there is likely no cause for concern regarding your baby's safety. Constipation can come and go during pregnancy, and its absence does not indicate any harm to your baby. It is important to maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fiber, drink enough water, and engage in regular physical activity to prevent or alleviate constipation. If you have any further concerns or experience other symptoms, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
