Why is my acne so bad during my second pregnancy at 7 weeks? What are the possible causes and how can I manage it?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is common for pregnant women to experience changes in their skin, including acne. The hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy can lead to increased oil production, clogged pores, and inflammation, resulting in severe acne. Other factors such as stress and genetics may also contribute. To manage your acne, try using gentle cleansers, avoiding harsh skincare products, keeping your face clean and moisturized, and consulting with a dermatologist for safe treatment options. Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet, staying hydrated, managing stress levels, and practicing good hygiene can help improve your skin's condition.

Acne is from excessive hormones or imbalance of hormones. Check with you doctor that your hormones are at the right numbers. I have a really low progesterone number and have been so oily and breaking out. Once I started to take zinc and vitamin B6 to help my body produce more progesterone my skin has cleared up in just a couple days.
