I am trying to sleep at night, but I can feel my baby moving and doing flips in my stomach. Is this normal?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Yes, it is completely normal for your baby to be constantly moving and doing flips in your stomach at 5 1/2 months. As your baby grows, they have more space to move around and explore their surroundings. This movement is a sign of a healthy and active baby. However, it can sometimes make it difficult for you to sleep at night. To help alleviate discomfort, try changing positions or using pillows for support. If you have any concerns about the intensity or frequency of your baby's movements, consult with your healthcare provider for reassurance and guidance.

Just Enjoy it. It's nothing to be afraid about. It's completely normal. All my babies were.complately different my first I could not stop him from kicking it was terrible haha. My second one she didnt kick a whole lot. Just enough to tell me shes still alive pretty much and shes happy. My third went from moving and kicking alot to nothing at all for a few weeks which scared the hell out of me and then started right back up and constantly kicked me. With this one I am only currently a month along and I have only felt her/him move a couple times but maybe she will be the complete opposite from my other babies a figure out a weird way to scare the shit out of me like her sisters. Nothing to be afraid about tho. Just love it up

Your baby will often sleep while you're awake because your movement and voice soothes him or her. So playtime if when you're trying to sleep. If it's keeping you up just walk around your home to try to put your baby to sleep.
