in Pregnancy Period General by
I have been trying to conceive for 4 years and my periods are usually very regular at 28 days. However, this month my period is 15 days late and I don't have any pregnancy symptoms. I am 32 years old. Is it possible that I could be pregnant this time?

It is possible to be pregnant even if you don't experience typical pregnancy symptoms and your period is significantly delayed. While a missed period can often indicate pregnancy, it's not uncommon for some women to have irregular cycles or experience delayed periods without being pregnant. Factors such as stress, hormonal imbalances, changes in weight, or certain medical conditions can also cause a delay in menstruation. To determine if you are pregnant, the most accurate way is to take a home pregnancy test or visit your healthcare provider for a blood test. These tests can detect the presence of the pregnancy hormone hCG in your body. If you continue to have concerns about your fertility or irregular periods, it may be beneficial to consult with a fertility specialist who can provide further guidance and support on your journey to conception.

I am 6 weeks pregnant now and this is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy went by pretty much without any pregnancy symptoms except for heart burn in the last couple of weeks. This time it seems to be similar. The only thing that made me think I might be pregnant was the missing period. So maybe it would be worth it for you to take a pregnancy test. It's not the symptoms that make you pregnant.  Good Luck!❤️

You don't have to experience any symptoms necessarily.  Some people don't. Have you taken a test? If you have and its negative, take another, false negatives happen. And if that one is  negative too call your doctor. It may be something else happening such as you didn't ovulate this month so your body doesn't have anything to expell.
