    Pregnancy is not easy and many feel extreme fatigue throughout their pregnancy for many reasons. You may have a pinched nerve or restless leg syndrome or something else. Ideally try to lay down to rest when you are starting to gwt sleepy but not completely exhaused. Taking warm baths can sometimes relieve inflamation that can contribute to pinched nerves and such. Also get pillows. LOTS and LOTS of pillows. Position them around your body until you get them in just the right place. The extra cusion and support can help you to rest more comfortably!
