I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing intense frontal headaches, a sore throat, and shortness of breath. I also have asthma. Could these symptoms be related to my asthma? What can I do to alleviate them?

    We are nearly 13 weeks as well and I do experience same thing as you. As far as I know,  severe headache is normal in first weeks of second trimester due to changes in level of progesterone. This sometimes makes me difficult to sleep even my head really aching. Our baby organs are developing and requires a lot of oxygen,  the body size also getting bigger which our body needs to adapt to it.  I tried to drink plenty of water and distract myself from headache. I do take inhaler sometimes if the condition worsen,  but practice breathing exercise is much more helping or do yoga for pregnancy woman.  Dust free environment and open window in the morning to let fresh air in.  Adjust our body position or understand our body needs in order to adapt the changes of our baby from time to time. Do find motivation for ourselves as well,  cus stress may trigger our asthma.
