I experienced spotting and took a home pregnancy test on the 32nd day of my cycle. The result was negative. What should I do next?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

If you are experiencing spotting and have received a negative home pregnancy test result on the 32nd day of your cycle, it can be confusing and concerning. While it is possible to experience spotting during early pregnancy, it can also be due to other factors such as hormonal imbalances or irregular periods. To get a clearer understanding of your situation, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional who can perform further tests or examinations. They may suggest repeating the pregnancy test after a few days or conducting additional tests like blood work or an ultrasound to rule out any potential issues. Remember that every individual's body is unique, and symptoms can vary from person to person. It's important not to jump to conclusions based solely on one negative test result and seek professional guidance for accurate diagnosis and appropriate advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

I spotted for two days and on the third day I took a test and it was positive. I have a Dr appointment on April 15th for ultrasound and first prenatal checkup. If you really suspect that your pregnant, I would make an appointment with your doctor and have them do a blood test.
