I am scared to consider the possibility because I fear it won't happen. Is it possible?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

Yes, it is possible to experience headaches, a heightened sense of smell, and nausea at 3 weeks. These symptoms can be early signs of pregnancy or related to other factors such as hormonal changes or illness. It's important to take a pregnancy test and consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis. Remember that every individual's experience may vary, so it's best to seek medical advice for personalized guidance.

Many times sense of smell increase tremendously while you are pregnany. Alao headaches can occurs for many reasons such as hormonal changes, lack of proper rest, dehydrated. I would recommend resting as much as possible and drinking as close to 2 liters of water per day as possible. Also many people who have morning sickness/trowning up/ nausea,  it can start very early in your pregnancy (also morning sickness is not just in the morning, it can be throughout the day)
