I had sex during my ovulation period and suspect I might be pregnant due to symptoms, but I got my period on time. Is this normal or could I still be pregnant?

It is possible to experience bleeding that resembles a period even if you are pregnant. This is known as implantation bleeding and can occur around the time your regular period is due. However, it is important to note that not all women experience implantation bleeding, so it's best to take a pregnancy test to confirm whether or not you are pregnant. If you continue to experience pregnancy symptoms or have concerns, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance.

Hello, while it can be rare, some woman do still get their periods during pregnancy. Periods can depend on stress, hormones and many other factors. If you feel you are pregnant or could be pregnant. I would recommend making an appointment with your OBGYN for an internal exam/ultrasoind (this can be done while on your peeiod!!) and blood pregnancy test. Most home test do not work accurately unless you have missed your period. A blood test and physical exam will be able to give you the best accuracy of finding out if your are indeed pregnant or not.
