I recently had AI with my partner and now I'm experiencing symptoms like feeling sick, tired, and cramps. Should I be concerned? Can you please provide some guidance?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon to experience physical discomfort after artificial insemination (AI). Some individuals may feel sick, tired, or have cramps due to the procedure itself or hormonal changes. However, if these symptoms persist or worsen over time, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation. They can assess your specific situation and provide appropriate advice or treatment options. In the meantime, try to rest and take care of yourself by staying hydrated and practicing relaxation techniques.

Any exercise that is different to the exercise you were getting before you are pregnant, can be considered excessive, when starting these classes, don't push yourself by doing the full class, just try a few of the exercises and only do what is comfortable to you, you don't have to keep up with everyone else. If you are early in your pregnancy minor cramps can be normal. If you are dehydrated especially. Id recommend drinking some extra water! Like 16oz or more and try to drink 2 liters a day. Also feeling sick/throwing up can be normal (morning sicknesss,  which is not always in the morning!) Also feeling tired in your pregnancy is normal as well. Make sure to rest as often as you are able. If however cramping persist or gets worse, if you are bleeding, have other discharge from your vagina, or if you are feeling anyway that is making you scared or nervous, I would call your doctors office right away. Many times they will give you other advice and/or schedule you an appointment to get checked out.
