I am 9 weeks pregnant and experiencing extreme morning sickness that disrupts my sleep and lasts all day. It's difficult for me to eat or keep anything down, even my prenatal vitamins. This is my 4th baby and it has never been this bad before. Can you provide any advice to help alleviate my symptoms? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Try and take ginger root pills and or try Ginger ale

    Make a visit to your doctors as they can give you anti sickness tablet xx

    Me too unfortunately some tips I've heard are: eat ginger biscuits, mints, ice chips. Try to get as much fluid as possible, it's most important to keep you and baby hydrated. If you can't then gp to your go for anti nausea meds
