    U must not be ready to quit u will no when time is right I smoked through my 1st pregnancy as couldn't quit but went cold Turkey at start of my current pregnancy and been smoke free 9 weeks it is possible just down to ur will power

    I don't know if you smoke in the house our not but if you do smoke outside and if you have a car keep your smokes out there. So every time you want to smoke a cig you have to go out to your car to grab them. I'm 20 weeks and sadly I still smoke it's so hard and it doesn't help my fiance smokes too and doesn't want to quit

    I'm 9 weeks, I quit smoking cause of the nausea at around the 3rd or 4th week..
    But I'm getting craving again! I've had 6 bananas today, every time I want to light up!!
    *I've heard the vitamin B12 in bananas help subside the cravings and withdrawal when quitting! Good luck!
