    Normal when you fell lazy is meen you dont have to much iron in your body.

    Try to push yourself and have activity.is good for you.

    It could definitely be a vitamin deficiency,  like vitamin D or something else. But trust me, it's very common to feel like doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This is #6 pregnancy for me and I've been feeling nauseous off and on, also very tired. I was getting depressed and stressed that I didn't even want to leave my house. I started taking my antidepressants (prozac) and stress tabs(otcqx at Walmart with added energy vitamins) I feel SOOO MUCH BETTER!
