I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant with my second child and I've noticed that I'm barely gaining any weight. Is this normal or should I be concerned about the health of my baby?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon for women to experience different weight gain patterns during each pregnancy. Some factors that may contribute to minimal weight gain include a healthy pre-pregnancy weight, increased physical activity, and a balanced diet. However, it is essential to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure the well-being of both you and your baby. They can assess your individual circumstances and provide personalized guidance based on your medical history and current condition. Remember, every pregnancy is unique, so it's important to focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than solely focusing on the number on the scale.

Oh how I wish I was you, check with your doctor. But as long your eating normally you only need to be eating a extra 500 calories a day. Then you should be fine. Goodluck love
