How frequently should I use oil or cream to prevent stretch marks? Is applying them once every two days sufficient, or do I need to use them more often?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

To prevent stretch marks, it is recommended to apply oil or cream regularly. While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, applying them once every two days may not be sufficient for everyone. It's best to consult with a dermatologist who can provide personalized advice based on your skin type and individual needs. They may recommend applying the product daily or even multiple times a day for better results. Additionally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, staying hydrated, and eating a balanced diet can also contribute to preventing stretch marks.

Twice a day is sufficient but in my own personal belief it doesn't help much. I did every day twice a day from the start of my 2nd trimester and didn't get stretch marks all the way up to 39 weeks but then the came on heavily over a day or two
