I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and I've been experiencing cramps on my right lower tummy. Is this a normal occurrence during pregnancy or should I be concerned?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is not uncommon for pregnant women to experience cramps in the lower abdomen, including the right side, during various stages of pregnancy. These cramps can feel similar to ovulation pain and are often caused by the stretching and growth of the uterus. However, if you are experiencing severe or persistent pain, accompanied by bleeding or other symptoms, it is important to consult your healthcare provider as it could indicate a potential issue. Otherwise, mild to moderate cramping is generally considered normal as long as there are no other concerning symptoms present. It is always best to trust your instincts and seek medical advice if you have any concerns about your pregnancy.
