I am 4 weeks pregnant and woke up with intense pain in both sides of my hips. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a common symptom during early pregnancy?

    This could be the start of pelvic gerdal pain hun. A lot of women get this in pregnancy due to the hormone relaxin. If it's started this early I'm sorry to say but it will get a lot worse. I would advise u talking to your doctor about some physiotherapy. If u start physio as soon as the pain starts it will help amazingly and stop it from getting worse. I hope this helps. X
