Hii, i know bloating irritates more, but it is common symptom seen more at pregnancy time. Need not to panic please take the meal in smaller portions six times in day, dont consume the food heavy once at a time. Have some ginger, jeera, and coriander seeds water , boil those three ingredients let it get warm have in the afternoon or before bed it will help you to release gas and prevent bloating and constipation. Also have more fruits like pomegranate, mosambi, watermelon, carrot juice and fiber intake it will digest your food. Dont take pineapple while pregnant. Dont take any medication unless you consult a doctor. Take care.
