Is it normal to not have a noticeable baby bump at 14 weeks of pregnancy, even though I've only gained 1 kg? Should I be concerned about the lack of visible growth?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is completely normal to not have a significant baby bump at 14 weeks of pregnancy, especially if you haven't gained much weight. Every woman's body is different, and some may show their bumps earlier or later than others. The rate at which your belly grows can depend on factors such as your body type, muscle tone, and the position of your uterus. If you are concerned about the lack of visible growth, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider for reassurance and guidance. They can monitor your progress and ensure that everything is progressing as expected. Remember that every pregnancy is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to baby bumps. Focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating nutritious foods, staying active (with approval from your doctor), and attending regular prenatal check-ups for a smooth and healthy pregnancy journey.

It's normal, I didn't have a bump until my 28th week and didn't gain any weight no one knew I was pregnant . It all depends on position of baby, how fit you were before your pregnancy and how your body is .

Very true. Same with me. I'm 18weeks and one can barely tell if I'm pregnant or not. I think is because I sport a lot and had a very flat tummy before I became pregnant. And haven't gained any weight

Every pregnancy is different. With my first born I didn't show a bump until I was 8 months, had a very straight forward pregnancy and birth with him and he was born a super healthy wee bundle. This is my second pregnancy, im also 14 weeks and there is a definate bump growing there this time!  Its all totally normal every pregnancy is different and just enjoy whatever happens  big congratulations!

Most definitely if 1st child. It will be late 2nd trimester or on into 3rd before you'll show.
