I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant and had a previous miscarriage. After eating prawns, I immediately experienced severe lower pains that are still ongoing. Should I be concerned about this? Is there any potential harm to my pregnancy?

Prawns might not be the issue, more likely the cramping pains in lower back is a signal something not quite right. Check with your Dr, I'd say?
