in Pregnancy Period General by anonymous
I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and wondering if it is safe to have sex. Additionally, I would like to know until which month of pregnancy it is safe to engage in sexual activity.
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

It is generally safe to have sex during pregnancy unless you have specific medical conditions or your healthcare provider advises against it. However, it's important to communicate with your partner and consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice. As for the duration, many couples can continue having sex throughout the entire pregnancy. However, as the due date approaches, certain positions may become uncomfortable or impractical. It's crucial to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. If you experience any pain, bleeding, or other concerns during or after intercourse, contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Hi

My Gynea said it's safe to have sex unless you feel pains or you're bleeding.  But I suggest you see your Gynea for the best advice because no two pregnancies are the same

My Dr specifically told me to take it easy with that until maybe the second trimester .
