I am currently 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant, but I feel like I already look like I'm 3 months along. Could this be due to bloating and water retention, or is it possible that my small frame is causing me to show earlier than usual?

During the early stages of pregnancy, it's common for women to experience bloating and water retention, which can make them appear more pregnant than they actually are. This is often due to hormonal changes and increased blood flow in the body. Additionally, if you have a smaller frame or are usually a size 0-2 pants, it's possible that your abdominal muscles are less toned and may stretch more easily, causing your belly to protrude earlier in pregnancy.

However, it's important to note that every woman's body is unique and pregnancy experiences can vary greatly. Some women may start showing earlier than others due to factors such as genetics, muscle tone, and previous pregnancies.

If you're concerned about your appearance or have any other questions related to your pregnancy, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation and help address any concerns you may have.

I'm also 7 wks. 2 days and there's time I look like if I'm 3 months. Which I would ?it so, I did some research about it and discovered that a lot of times it can be gass or water weight. So I learned how to eat foods that don't cause gass (bloated) and also eating slower also makes a big difference. Hope this info. can help someone else. Also let me know if it makes a difference.

I am going through the same thing.. I'm usually a size 16, so I'm a bit chunky. I don't look pregnant of course, because my stomach is already a little rolly, but at just 7 weeks my jeans won't button! And it's not like it's just a fat roll that you can squeez together and make your pants button, my stomach won't give for me to button my jeans! It's so weird. I couldn't figure out if it was just all in my head or if I could really be getting a little thicker at just 7 weeks!? I know everyone is different but the baby is so small at 7 weeks... can you really be getting a bump at 7 weeks?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I feel and look like I am five months pregnant. This pregnancy is very unusual for me because I had my tubes tied seven years ago and they came untied. Also I have normal periods during this pregnancy and at first it was too hard for the doctors to find out that I really was pregnant. I am always nauseated, very sore and swollen breasts, slight tummy ache, moodiness, appetite change, and a lot of more symptoms. I am sure everyone is feeling better than me right now and I want to wish all you ladies the best and good luck on the rest of your pregnancy and the birth.
