Hi everyone. I need some advice as I'm feeling anxious and worried. I already have two healthy boys, but unfortunately, I've experienced two miscarriages. Now, I just found out that I'm about 3 weeks pregnant and can't help but expect the worst. We really want another baby, so any advice on how to support this pregnancy, promote implantation, or prevent miscarriage would be greatly appreciated. I won't see a midwife until 7 weeks, so in the meantime, all I've been doing is searching online for information. Can anyone provide me with some guidance?

Hey hun congratulations on being pregnant (: ive had a couple miscarriages in the past one being only about 6 months ago and honestly my best advice to give you (and its easier said than done) is to try and not stress. I understand thats hard but it will be the best thing for you try and just look at this pregnancy like you did for your two boys. You got this and i hope my advice helps alittle.

you should take rest as much as u can and you should start taking duphaston it will help u in preventing miscarriage, i did my blood work at 3rd week and it was positive so my dr suggested me to take duphaston and ad folic as i had miscarriage previously....
