Why do I feel weak, hungry, and pale during my 28th week of pregnancy?
Artificial Intelligence Health Assistant's Answer

During pregnancy, it is common to experience changes in appetite and energy levels. Feeling weak, hungry, and pale can be attributed to various factors such as hormonal fluctuations, increased nutrient demands, low iron levels (anemia), or inadequate calorie intake. It is important to maintain a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients like iron, protein, and vitamins. Consult with your healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions or deficiencies that may require medical intervention. Additionally, make sure to stay hydrated and take prenatal supplements as recommended by your doctor. Remember to listen to your body's signals and rest when needed.

Your heart rate is expected to rise as you're pregnant & now have to support the baby with blood & also yourself at the same time. Feeling weak & pale, you sound dehydrated. Keep water with you at all times!! & don't overdue anything. If you are tired, take a nap in the evening.
