I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing intense pelvic pressure for the past week. It is so severe that it sometimes causes numbness in my vaginal area. Is this a normal symptom during pregnancy? Should I be concerned?

My cousin felt this weird pressure around week 23 too. Propping her feet up and relaxing worked best for her. It's actually super common as the baby grows and moves. Lots of moms feel it as long as the pressure isn't super painful.
