I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and have noticed that I don't feel my baby move every day. Should I be concerned about this? Additionally, I practice meditation and chakra work. Could these practices affect how often I feel my baby move?

It is completely normal to not feel your baby move every day at 23 weeks of pregnancy. Fetal movements can vary from day to day, depending on factors such as the baby's position, sleep patterns, and your own activity level. As long as you are feeling regular movements overall, there is usually no cause for concern.

Meditation and chakra work should not directly affect fetal movements. However, it is important to note that relaxation techniques like meditation can sometimes make you more aware of subtle movements or changes in your body. This heightened awareness may make it easier for you to notice your baby's movements when they occur.

If you are ever concerned about a decrease in fetal movement or if you have any other concerns during pregnancy, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation and offer reassurance or further evaluation if needed.

I'm 23 weeks as well, and there are some days when i don't feel baby move too. Don't get worried, I read that sometimes the baby will have very active days and sometimes have days where the activity is minimal. Remember at 23 weeks you don't always feel all the fetal movement, just those strong kicks.

They say you can have days where they're not as active.
